COMMISSIONS AND DESIGNS
LAST UPDATE: [7/16/25]By ordering a commission or design you agree to the following terms and conditions:✎GENERAL INFO
▪ Do not copy, trace, edit or use my art without my given permission.
▪ Commissioner has the right to reasonable amounts of small edits after completion (i.e color change).
▪ Commissioner has the right to two complete revisions in the sketching phase. Small changes in lining stage is fine.
▪ I have the right to refuse a commission. Mainly if I'm uncomfy with it or just can't do it.
▪ Do not remove signature if there is one nor claim the art as though you made it. Properly credit said art!✎DESIGNS
▪ Do not copy, trace, edit or use my designs without my given permission. Only the owner my use said design.
▪ Do not apply other rules onto the design. (i.e removing tos rules / design has to be given back you) Is not allowed.▪ Reselling / Gifting / Trading is allowed. Depends on how you originally obtained the design.
▪ They may be resold for how much you got them for, the equal value of art you commissioned and personal art worth.
▪ If traded but looking to resell, they can be resold for the equal value of art you commissioned and personal art worth.
▪ Gifting a design to someone else still holds the same value as you got them for! Unless you request it not be resold.
▪ Raffles or freebies is void of all value until then added upon. Some may be a exception, ask me if its okay!✎COMMERCIAL USE
▪ Designs or Artwork may be used commercial wise with a commercial fee, just ask if unsure!
▪ Otherwise designs / art is not to be used for anything commercial unless given permission from me.✎CHANGING A DESIGN
▪ Do not trace or go over my art when redesigning.
▪ Changing the designs species is fine! Just keep it similar to the original design.
▪ Designs can be changed as to where it's recognizable! Do not change the design drastically.
▪ Changes on the original file: message me to add changes please! Please keep a backup of the original file.▪ Please message me if changing to a closed or open species.
▪ Changing to a cs are okay just make sure to follow my rules and the cs rules.
▪ I do not allow: cs that claim ownership of the design itself. (i.e: deleting the original designer ownership, fully claiming the design or so on.) Anything problematic, revolved around negativity or on my DNI list.

▪ Let me know beforehand if getting the design for someone else.
▪ When asking to put a design on hold please always state so when offering.▪ Short holds: up to a week or two.
▪ Long holds: weeks to months, ask / depends.
▪ Payment must be made within 24hr mark unless notified, otherwise the design (depending) may be available to other offers. This mainly happens if it's been days with no response.✎REFUNDS | CHARGEBACKS
▪ Refunds: only if sketch is not yet started on. Otherwise just message me asking!
▪ I do not do refunds after art is completed!
▪ Chargebacks: I have the full right to revoke the design back if a chargeback happens. I will reach out if this happens but if no response or account is gone it will be revoked.My artwork nor designs can not be used in anything on my dni list, nft, ai, crypto, chain or data related.
